The Meating Room is a gourmet burger restaurant with locations in St Albans, Harpenden and Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. After opening their second location in Berkhamsted, they aimed to maximise new customer acquisition and create a loyalty program to retain customers.
Fat Sloth Digital created scroll-stopping, interactive ads featuring an irresistible offer to encourage users to sign up for an exclusive loyalty program via Facebook Messenger chatbot and email. The loyalty program was then used for monthly remarketing campaigns with offer redemptions tracked through Messenger chatbot. Over the course of 1 year, we gathered over 3400 Messenger and email subscribers, achieving a 24x return on ad spend.
